ADVERSE DRUG REACTION (ADR)

ADR are essential observation for evaluation of medicinal effects and it's safety application in all patients administrated medicine.

Only relief from symptoms is mere superficial aspects of treatment but paths of pathological manifestation may undergo metastasis for occupancy of disease. 

ADR record and report are crucial in prognosis of disease and are essential ethical measures to be taken for safety of patients health care.

Ayurveda basic Principles of "Drug" or "medicine" is defined by its application without any ADR. 

USE OF MEDICINE BEFORE HAVING APPROPRIATE UNDERSTANDING OF DISEASE AND PATIENT IS MOST HAZARDOUS CONDITION.

ADR are must to be avoided and essentially observed in each patient as ethics and morality of profession.

In every day practice, we most often come across is the digestive problems or diseases associated with abdominal disorders. Grahani Organ is site of Jatharagni which is responsible for digestion and also associated with proper Stool formation.  As we know, patients come to Ayurved Physician at later stage of disease. But past clinical history of patient reveals most of the time irregularities in proper digestion and Bowel Habits. 

Hyperacidity, Indigestion, Gastritis are common clinical diagnosis in routine OPD. It is important to understand such cases which are commonly treated as Indigestion and Gastritis in general OPD of Contemporary medicine system in Ayurvedic perspective.

Social ethics and Janapadwansa

Ayurveda strictly emphasize on implication of Sadvrutta (ethical rules of human beings) in daily life routine. Human beings Must be most responsible among all living beings. Geographical and Climatic conditions depends on social ethics  of concerned region.
Dharma means Humanity is prime ethics and welfare,  integrity of all.
Now we are only discussing on social distancing and isolation. But the of survival of Human Race and planet Earth immensely needs much more ethical rules to be followed. It's only a trial order for us. Behavioural pattern of too much selfish mindset which is leading to irresponsible citizens is needed to be changed.
Janapadwansa in Ayurved describes to follow ethical behaviour towards society. Purushaarth is focused on getting strengthen morality. Improving morality is one of tool for avoiding future destruction. If Mental strength is regained and consciousness is empowered, it will be immunity boosting therapy.
Diet, medicine and characterization are three basic foundation to be acted in epidemics.
